We would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to explain a little bit about what we do here at CFW. After being in the fitness industry for 10+ years now, we are sad to say that there are very poor standards when it comes to fitness professionals and the way they train. The typical commercial gym is all about how many members they can sign up and how much money they can generate through personal training. This makes us very frustrated because client results, proper training programs, and knowledgeable fitness professionals should be the priority. CFW is a high energy, no-nonsense, competitive facility. CFW is your alternative to large commercial gyms. We focus on relationships with our clients, service that exceeds your expectations, and program design that helps you reach your goals faster. CFW is a gym that caters to people who want to work extremely hard to raise their fitness levels and reach their fitness goals. When it comes to training, we do the things that work, period! Strength (resistance) training is the staple in our programs. We also train with a wide variety of odd implements. These are non-traditional training tools and styles that are very effective. Conditioning is one of our specialties and there are numerous ways we approach this. We cross train on a regular basis as well. This is why we feel we have the best training facility in the area. Whether you are a world class athlete or someone who just wants to get into shape, CFW is here to help you. Still not convinced? Come in for a training session.
