Wednesday May 21 2008 CrossFit The Woodlands WOD

We hope to see everyone at the FREE WORKOUT on Sat. 24th of May at 11a.m.  Please call ahead to confirm that you will be there or post a comment on the website.  I just wanted to say that I am very proud of our members.  They are not afriad to train hard and their results speak for themselves.  One thing is for sure, if you come and try the classes, you will be hooked.  There is no other training program like ours and there is no other facility like CrossFit The Woodlands.  If you want to see optimum results and maximum return for your investment, come give us a try and see why our members look and perform the way they do.
