Thursday June 12 2008 CrossFit The Woodlands WOD

CrossFit The Woodlands will be holding another FREE WORKOUT on Sat. June 14th @ 11a.m.  Come out and experience the difference that can be made in your fitness level.  There are people just like you that have made the changes in their lives by starting the CrossFit regimen to help them reach their goals. 

As many rounds in 20 min. of:

Burpee/ wall ball x 8

Pull up x 6
