    Mighty Mouse Adam – he said for every minute he beat my time by, I’d owe him 30 dips. Figured the opposite should hold as well.

    this workout was a good one! i wish i would have been there on time so i could have gotten to a bar so i could do the deadlift instead of the k.b. high pull. very different fundamentals for those two…but good workout nonetheless!

    these two-a-days are startin’ to feel great!
