We had a pretty good turnout on Sat. Great job guys and girls. Much thanks to everyone that came out and showed their support. Only one thing I was dissappointed with. We tried all the other fitness programs that were out there but none of them came over to CrossFit to give us a try. Go figure?

Just wanted to say thank you for all of your support. I had the oportunity to meet amazing people and whitness amazing changes. Keep working hard Ill be thinking about you guys always. Remember to pay your taxes and vote republican. I love you all and will miss you all.

I don’t know if you can read this, but I hope your shin splints are doing at least a little better. Enjoy your training and don’t forget how much fun it is. Sorry I couldn’t make it to the party but I hope to be getting a status update from your mom in the not-too-distant future.
