For time:

BW bench press x10

Pull up x 20

go back to BW bench press for 9 then do pull ups for 18, bench press for 8/pull ups for 16 until you are at 1 bench press and 2 pull ups.

Bike x 1 mile

Row x 1600m

Run x 1mile

Jump rope x 500
