Advertising is something we don’t do much of.  I always thought of myself as a trainer and coach, not a marketing guru.  I don’t spend my time creating advertisments.  I spend my time in the gym developing programs that work so I can pass them on to my clients.  I get them results. In turn they do all the advertising I need.

CrossFit The Woodlands Boot Camp Division is coming soon.  This program is going to be great for  people looking at losing weight and building a good level of entry level fitness.  Our CFTW Boot Camp will be like no other.  The programming is different so the results you will see will be better than ever.  We will be the only boot camp that provides  an outdoor and indoor facility.  Our outdoor facility will have huge a jungle gym system plus equipment that the other don’t have.  If you are looking for a starting point and you are ready to make a change in your life, CFTW Boot Camp will be for you.  Think of it as your starting point to learning and succeeding.  Look for our CFTW Boot Camp Division flyers around the community or contact us to find our more about the program.
