Push Up

Sit Up

Use the tabata method. You will be going for 20 sec. of work/ 10 sec. of rest. Count total reps.

Pull up x 20

Push up x 30

If you are able to do 225lbs on the squat do so. If you can’t, do 60% of your 1rm. Do jumping pull ups and knee push ups if needed.
