CrossFit The Woodlands has a new home.  We are extremely excited to be moving into our new facility.  We have a ton of new equipment to accomadate the new gym.  It is located in the Brookhaven business park on the north bound feeder of I45.  The physical address is 25700 I-45 North Suite 124 Spring, TX 77386 . May 15th will be our move in date.  We will be offering group crossfit classes, kids crossfit classes, personal training, and much more.  Stay tuned for our grand opening specials.  Once again, we are very excited to be able to bring the best fitness program there is to the community.  We look forward to having the opportunity to train everyone who is interested in the CrossFit program.  Remember, RESULTS is one of our most common side effects.
