Today an instresting question came up. Does creatine work? That was it. One question with tons of different answers. If you have tried it what does it do for you. I know it’s kinda like yesterdays question but just answer it. One last thing. If it did work for you, how would you rate it? Was is great and you saw awesome gains, or was it not up to your standards and would not recommend it?

O.H.M.B. run x 200m
After all 4 rounds are done finish it off with 300 jump ropes
