Thursday Feb 5 2009 CrossFit The Woodlands WOD
Keeping things simple. We are going to take four exercises “Thruster, Deadlift, Pull up, and Dip” and do them in any fashion, “met-con or strength” and see if we can get stronger. We will also do track days. Nothing more than 800m. I believe that these simple exercises when worked properly will have tremendous carry over. Does anyone out there disagree?
