Seems like the ladies at CrossFit are taking over. We actually have more women clients than men clients. This goes to show you that the program is actually not that intimidating. One thing we do a good job of is making people feel comfortable because we take a laid back approach. Obviously we are serious about getting people results but we want you to have a fun doing it as well.
