Our women work hard. No matter what shape you are in, you will see results. It’s all about staying consistent with your exercise and monitoring what goes in your body. How is it that we are the fattest nation on earth, and it only takes two very simple things to fix the problem. The other day at my son’s birthday party I was standing outside of Chuckie Cheese’s with a couple of my clients. We saw a lady pull up to the handicap parking space but she did not have a handicap sticker. She was so overweight that she could hardly get out of her car. I told my client that we are not looking at someone who is fat, we are looking at someone who is lazy as shit. They lady probably walked to the door which was maybe a total of 40 feet. My client told me it was probably easier for me to do the whole Fight Gone Bad workout than it was for her to walk to the door. Seriously, two simple things people. We need to make it happen.
