Thursday Sept 10 2009 CrossFit The Woodlands WOD
This is what happens when you don’t read the board correctly and end up doing more than you are suppose to. Not that doing more is bad, just in certain workouts it can be more than needed. Yesterday I was telling people about how the consequence for not reading the board can end up in more work load. It’s not my fault if you don’t read it correctly. When the workout calls for 30 thrusters that is all you need to do. If you do more “50 like I did” then that’s your own fault. Obviously I paid the consequence. As you can see I’m sitting in the grass trying to recover and not throw up all over the place. Even though I messed up on the workout yesterday, I still stick by my word and want people to pay attention to the board. Remember part of the fitness program is to learn how to read the workouts.
