Thanks for taking the time to come and look at the site. I won’t sit here and waste your time with all the fancy fitness words nor try to convence you to take multiple pills and losing weight is easy. If you are looking for that, go to 24 hour fitness, they have a tons of sales counselors and trainers that will pitch you the B.S. If you are tired of exhausting options that clearly don’t work and you are ready to see results, you have come to the right place. First things first. Check your ego at the door. The things we do here are very simple. When you come to train, there are four things that I am going to look for. I will look to see if you can squat, push, pull, and run. If you can’t do those things then that is where we are going to start. It’s that simple if you are healthy and have no injuries. That will be X amount of dollars, please make the check payable to Scott Wells. Hopefully you catch my drift and understand what we do here.
